As a listing agent we can help you through the remedy repairs that are needed, making this a headache free process. We can also help you on any renovations needed on your future residence if it is local.
As a buyers agent, we can help you with any renovations you want to make to the home you are buying the perfect place for you. This could include a new kitchen, new bathroom, removal of a wall to create an open floor plan, add a bathroom, new flooring, new roof, new windows, etc. This means you could expand your search criteria to homes that are “not so pretty” offering more options to buying homes in a market with very little inventory.
